A: Good things take time. Since our models (like the Radial Engine and the Cursed Skull Chest) are hand-painted and finished to order, we require 5~7 business days to craft your item before it is ready to ship.
We are not just picking a box off a shelf; we are creating a piece of art specifically for you. Once your order is completed, you will receive an email notification immediately.

A: Yes! This is part of the ProtoX promise. Before we hand your package over to the courier, we will send you a “Quality Check” email. This email will contain photos of your actual finished item and the secure packaging. This ensures you know exactly what is coming and that it left our studio in perfect condition.

A: Once your order is dispatched, standard shipping usually takes 7-15 business days, depending on your location (Mainly US & Europe).
Please note: Customs inspections or holiday surges may occasionally cause slight delays.

A: Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. Check the exterior box for damage and open it to verify the product’s condition.

A: Because each ProtoX product is custom-made and hand-painted specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or refunds for “change of mind” or non-quality related reasons.

“If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase, before the production/painting process begins.”


However, if there is a manufacturing defect or a quality issue on our end, we will absolutely make it right. Please contact us with photos of the issue.

A: We take extreme care in packaging (as shown in your pre-shipment photos). However, accidents can happen during transit.
If the package arrives visibly damaged (crushed box, water damage, etc.), We will assist you in filing a claim with the courier and provide a replacement if the damage is confirmed.
Please also notify us so we can assist you with any necessary documentation to support your claim.
