Refund & Return Policy

1. Order Cancellations

Since our products are “Made to Order” and hand-painted, order cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase. Once the production process has begun, we cannot issue a full refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom nature of our products (Hand-painted Switch Cases/Radial Engines), we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference.
  • Minor variations in hand-painting (as each piece is a unique artwork).

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at service@protox.shop within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the damaged exterior box.
  • Photos of the damaged product. We will evaluate the damage and either provide a free repair, a partial refund, or a replacement at our discretion.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method (PayPal/Credit Card).
